  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

  • Destination: United States (USPS / Carrier Tracked)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days

  • Cost: FREE

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to seasonal high volumes (such as the Halloween holiday period) or postal carrier delays.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier system.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@witchbrew.com.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check around your property or contact your local post office before reaching out to us.
